- Audio and recording equipment can be arranged at additional cost
Month to month office rental: $ 350 to $495 depending on office size, window, etc
Monthly office rentals include the following:
- All utilities
- Use of kitchenette and free water
- Access to public bathrooms
- Elevator, parking, security, & management on site
- Free wifi
- Furniture package for an additional $30/monthly (desk, chair, 1 shelve unit, wall art)
Mail delivery/pick up solution:
Fee: 1 time set up fee of $35 & $55 monthly
Mail solutions include the following:
- Provincial Mail Forwarding
- Fax Receiving and Forwarding
- Document Scanning and Faxing
- Notification by Phone
- Notification by E-mail
- Discarding Junk Mail
- Long-Term Storage of your mail
- Pick up at secured WAM office location
- 1 private mail box
Receptionist phone answering solution:
Fee: 1 time set up fee of $50 and $65 monthly
Answering service includes the following:
- Live receptionist answering your calls in your company name ( Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm)
- Voice mail box
- Call forwarding
- Your own personal company number
Virtual office bundle: Includes everything in the mail and answering services package
Fee: 1 time set up fee of $85 and $99 monthly (save $21/monthly)
Extra Office services:
Photo copies: 10 cents per copy (black and white)
Secretarial services: $29 per hour for reports, typing, etc (min 1 hr rate applies)
