This article provides several charts and graphs to support the author’s theory that Canada may be the next housing bubble; however, theories do not constitute facts.  The banks predict a mild “market correction.” Immigration as well will insure new buyers continue to enter the market.  Even if there is a “market correction” as predicted – such a correction would favour the rental market.
